User Experience & Design

This feedback focuses on the overall look, feel, and usability of your product. You can submit your website, app, or Figma mock-up, to get suggestions on how to make your product more visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.

When to request user experience and design feedback?

  • Figma mock-ups and early stage designs. Refine your initial design concepts and ensure they are user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Website design. Receive feedback on your website's layout, color scheme, typography, and interactive elements to improve overall aesthetics and usability.
  • Improving sign-up and onboarding UX. Ensure your sign-up process is smooth and user-friendly, reducing drop-offs and improving the overall user experience.
  • App UX. Get feedback on your app's navigation, functionality, and overall user flow to enhance user satisfaction and retention.

How to provide feedback on user experience and design?

Here are the key aspects to consider when providing UX and design feedback:

  1. Visual appeal. Does the design create a positive first impression? Is it aligned with the product’s goals and audience?
  2. Ease of navigation. Can users easily find what they’re looking for?
  3. User flow. Are the steps users need to take logical, minimal, and intuitive? Does the flow make sense for the task at hand?
  4. Interactive elements. Do all interactive elements (e.g., buttons, links, forms) work as intended?
  5. Consistency. Are design elements like colors, fonts, and icons consistent across the product?
  6. Layout effectiveness. Is the layout structured in a way that’s easy to follow? Does it avoid unnecessary clutter and emphasize the most important elements?
