This feedback focuses on identifying any technical issues that may impact user experience.

When to request

Common scenarios where you might want to request technical performance feedback include:

Catch bugs. It's easy to miss bugs when you're too close to the product. External reviewers can help identify and report bugs that you may have overlooked.
Cross-device check. Verify that your product works well across different devices and screen sizes.

Consider the following when evaluating technical performance:

Loading speed. Does the product load quickly without unnecessary delays?
Functional links and buttons. Do all links and buttons work correctly without any broken functionality?
No visual glitches or lags. Is the visual experience smooth, without any glitches or lags?
Features worked well. Are all features functioning as expected without errors?
Responsiveness on different devices. Does the product work well and look good on various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones?
Informative error messages. Are error messages clear and helpful, guiding users on how to resolve issues?

Click Create new project button in your Dashboard and select "Technical Performance" as the feedback type.
